Time to Feed the Fishies

Today was such a busy day I could not even think of doing anything else. So we decided to make it a Trader Joe’s night. I just had to make it interesting so we turned it to Trader Giotto’s instead serving spaghetti with organic pasta sauce, chickie sliders and green beans.

Affogato for dessert. French Vanilla ice cream, espresso and baileys.

The Need for Rice

Some people must have it everyday. Some stay indifferent.  I eat rice whenever the meal is enhanced and complemented with it.  My version of teriyaki glazed salmon: mix soy sauce, orange syrup, honey and apple cider vinegar.  After 6 minutes of baking a medium sized steak, brush the fish with the glaze, sprinkle with sesame seeds and broil for 2 minutes, or until the skin is crispy.  Serve with macaroni-fruit salad and rice.
