After a long, very cold walk I finally made it back to the chocolate bar Juliette et Chocolat. “Peru” plantation vintage cocoa beans for a sweet hot chocolate concoction and the buchette choco caramel noisette. The cocoa ($10.80) was clotty that just needed a quick stir but with a great not-to-bitter-not-to-sweet finish, and the noisette ($5.00) with a caramel filling that came out quite tasty.
